Distilling Process
Heating
Heating – Mash is heated to 180 degrees.
Evaporation
As the alcohol evaporates the vapors travel to the condensor through the lyne arm.
Distillation
Vapors are cooled and changed back to liquid form creating a spirit.
Filtering
Filtering yields a high purity spirit.
Flavoring
We add 100% pure local honey or 100% pure local maple syrup to our flavored whiskeys.
